Most first DTF transfers do not fail on the press. They fail in the wash. The print looks perfect coming off the film. It survives the heat press. Then one laundry cycle cracks it across the chest — and there is no way to tell, from the ruined shirt alone, whether the cause was the powder cure, the press temperature, the fabric blend, or white ink that sat too long in the line. DTF is not one machine. It is a chain: printer, film, powder, cure, press, fabric. Every link can quietly ruin the result of the one before it, and most beginner guides teach the links out of order. This book walks the chain in the order it actually runs. You will set up the space before the printer arrives, learn why white ink maintenance decides whether the machine survives its first month, cure powder correctly and recognize it by sight, calibrate a press against a real thermometer, and wash-test every result before a customer does it for you. By the end you will have a known-good baseline you can return to whenever output drifts, and a repeatable process for the first ten orders. Start with the chain, not the machine.
